YES Housing Cooperative Society Ltd is a Real Estate Investment Company conceptualized by staff from Airtel, Liquid Telecom Kenya(KDN),Nokia Solutions Networks, IBM and other partners of the Airtel Group
Our Model
Members pool together resources to buy land for themselves and eventually develop houses. We offer financial support to our members through collective bargaining with financial institutions for access to low rates on property development loans. We also offer our members construction consultancy services to help build their houses. Returns on Investment are shared among members at the end of the financial year.
