Leaving Yes Housing
A member may exit YES Housing upon request in writing to the Secretary, a grace period of 120 days is given for the member to get his refund. A small transaction fee of KES. 2,000 is charged
Share Capital
A minimum share capital of KES. 20,000 should be maintained by members always
