YES Housing is a Real Estate Investment Company
conceptualized by staff from Airtel, Liquid Telecom( formerly KDN-Kenya Data Networks),Nokia Solutions Networks, IBM and other partners of the Airtel Group with the aim of providing Quality and Affordable housing to our esteemed members.
Our Model
Members pool together resources to buy land for themselves and eventually develop houses. We offer financial support to our members through collective bargaining with financial institutions for access to low rates on property development loans. We also offer our members construction consultancy services to help build their houses. Returns on Investment are shared among members at the end of the financial year.
Membership
We currently have more than 350 members consist of current and former staff of Airtel, Liquid Telecom (formerly KDN – Kenya Data Networks), Nokia Solutions, IBM, Comviva, Spanco, Swift Global, Centum Learning, Cell Tours, Mara-ison and Sheer Logic. We have considerably grown from 50 members in 2010 to over 350 in 2015.
Joining fee is KES 1,000.00 and a minimum monthly share contribution is KES 5,000.00. The minimum share capital is KES 20,000.00.
